GReddy's exclusive new Rocket Bunny Wide Body Kit for your Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ is now available for pre-order. We expect the first kits to start arriving in late December / early January. The Rocket Bunny Kit is made from premium FRP materials and designed by TRA Kyoto in Japan (a famous designer for those who don't know). This kit has superb fitment and comes complete with 12 pieces. There is also an optional GT Rear Wing, which was custom designed just for the BRZ and FR-S.

Kit Contents:

• Front lip spoiler (1 piece, extends 55mm). Front lip will only fit on a Scion FR-S front bumper.
• Rear diffuser (1 piece, extends 60mm, requires bumper trimming).
• Front fender overlays (2 pieces, extends 40mm per side, requires fender trimming).
• Rear fender overlays (2 pieces, extends 65mm per side, requires fender cutting).
• Side skirts add-ons (2 pieces, requires minor drilling for mounting holes).
• Optional custom made GT Rear Wing (7 pieces, requires drilling for mounting holes).

Starting @ $4400 for an FRP widebody kit isn't too bad at all, this is about the price any body kit goes for.

It actually starts at about $2679 for the version without the GT Rear Wing. The GT Rear Wing is a complicated part and adds quite a bit to the price. The kit with the wing costs about $4900, like you mentioned.

My mistake. $2479 is extremely good, I bet with a group buy that price can get even lower. I know a number of people don't like that wing so I can already see a ton of people wanting that kit minus the wing. Especially factoring the cost of upgrading to the kit with GT wing.

i wish you could order just the front lip and side skirts.....

Not a bad price for an exotic kit.

Yeah they won't let us do that, at least not at this point. You just have the 2 options (with the GT Wing and without). Overall though, the kit is designed to have all the components installed, or it might not look right from some angles. That's usually how wide body kits are.

ugly plasticky imho, I say give us some carbon fiber, or at least paint them up body colour like.

You're free to paint the kit whatever color you like, whether it matches your body color or not.

I though it would be at 8-10k for the kit at first when it was released but i guess im wrong. Pretty nice kit for that price. The only downside im thinking is you would have to trim and cut the fenders. so going back to original when you remove the kit would be a hassle but not impossible.
