Doug,

Including the current Miatas and CX-5 SUV, I've had a total of 16 Mazdas since 1974.
I started with a new '73 RX-2 rotary-engine sedan and have also had 2 RX-7s, a 626, several Mazda 3s, a CX-9, and another CX-5.
I've found Mazdas to always be reliable and fun-to-drive.
I've also had 8 or 9 Datsun Z-cars and several other sports cars along the way.
I already have a standing reservation at my local dealer [bought many cars from them; race with the owner and CFO] for my choice of the fourth-generation Miata when it's released next year or in 2015.
