It's a bit better, and much better than the fake FRS trim pieces, but the 3M Carbon Dinoc stuff still looks cheap to me. Most people are fine with the material. I know that I will be asking my CF contact to have him cover with some real CF material, or have some new pieces made up. I can find out more when I actually get the car to play with.

Looks okay,if your happy with them that's all that counts. I agree with chutrain, hopefully they release some real cf parts for our car.
Looks nice man. I planned on doing the same thing to mine but when I got it I realized it doesn't both me at all.
I agree with NY BRZ.
Also, I was thinking of putting a foam padding over it and having leather/leatherette stitched over it so it feels softer to the touch and less like hard plastic

Tell me how those pieces remove from the dash itself? TIA
Pry the largest one on its top right corner. After that, keep prying it out and then pry the one around the NAV unit. Its very simple.
The silver plastic inside reminds me of the cheap nissan interior. Real cf would be nice. This works for now. Maybe redo it again later with real cf overlay.
I saw someone plasti dip it with a soft matte black that seemed to match the rest of the dash pretty well. Looked nice.

I like the carbon fiber look. There is lots of black in the interior and it makes the cf stick out.
