If your BRZ came with the $99 optional chrome fuel door cover, and you don't like it (like me), it is easily removed.
I started by separating mine at the top with my thumbnail, used a hair dryer to heat the adhesive, gripping the edge with pliers,
and slowly peeled it downward. Then I removed the remaining adhesive from the fuel door with "Goo Gone,"
and finally, waxed the fuel door. Looks like it was never there-----wish I had the $99 back!

Thanks for the instructions. I'm glad to hear that it's easily removed.
I was afraid of damaging the paint.
I'll speak with my detailer about removal, polishing, and then sealing with cQuartz Finest like the remainder of the car.
