Finally! We can stop talking about this after today.

Pricing is a little lower than I thought. Nobody can complain about these prices! If you do, go to the Scion or Hyundai site immediately and stay there.

Yea I think thats the question everyone is asking. Someone needs to make a thread with the exact differences between limited and premium.

Keyless Access and Start is the main feature I'm looking at. Not to mention the spoiler.

I don't think 2k is too bad for those features.

FINALLY. about fukin time subaru. Release your price a month after scion. I'm on the edge about spending 28k for the BRZ. Maybe I'll opt for the premium rather then the limited. Good thing I drive manual. THe automatic is 1grand more then the manual.

$2k more is well worth it to me. Better paying the extra $2k now than regretting it later ;) Whats $2k more to you when your already paying $25 000+ on a car. DO IT!
thats exactly how I see it and justify getting a BRZ limited over premium.

just look at all the extra's you get for $2k

BRZ Limited adds:

- Alcantara seat inserts with leather bolsters All-Weather Package (dual-mode heated front seats, heated exterior mirrors)
- Dual illuminated visor vanity mirrors
- Dual-zone automatic climate control system
- Fog lights
- Front door courtesy lights
- Keyless Access and Start with illuminated engine start/stop button
- Rear trunk spoiler (body color)
- Security system

just guesstimating here...

Buying an OEM fog light kit alone costs about $150 - 200
OEM painted trunk spoiler $200-300 ish (maybe more?)

then there's the cost of everything else, so with that being said all these upgrades will run you more than $2k priced individually,

go limited or go home!

For some the limited may be worth it or not. Depends what you are going to do with it. Really if you are going to be replacing many of the parts on the interior and exterior. The premium might be more then enough for you.

from autoblog:

Subaru announced today that the starting price of its much anticipated BRZ sports car will be $25,495 when it goes on sale. We don't have an exact date, but Subaru says it will arrive in dealerships "this spring."

The starting price of $25,495 does include a destination charge of $750* and will get you the BRZ Premium with a six-speed manual transmission. Choosing a six-speed automatic will add $1,100 for a new total of $26,595. That price of admission does, however, include a touchscreen navigation system, Bluetooth connectivity and HID headlamps.

Those who require more pampering can step up to the BRZ Limited with a base price of $27,495 for the manual-equipped model. Adding the automatic again bumps the price by $1,100 to $28,595. Limited models also get heated seats with Alcantara inserts and leather bolsters, heated mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control, fog lights, keyless entry/start and a body-color rear spoiler. The last and most expensive configuration comes when opting for seats fully covered in leather, which raises the starting price to $27,495 for the manual model and $28,595 for the automatic.

Even fully loaded, the 2013 Subaru BRZ appears to come in safely under $30,000, thought it is more expensive than its sibling, the 2013 Scion FR-S, which starts at $24,200 but doesn't come with a nav system or leather as an option. Based on our experience driving the car, that's a reasonable price to pay for such a high level of rear-wheel-drive handling. What do you think? Take our poll and send a Subaru a message about whether or not they have priced the BRZ correctly.
